Job Description:
• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations and recruitment
• Deliver best in class guest services
• Ensuring top notch guest satisfaction
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff, monitor staff performance. Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Plan and develop guest loyalty programs
• Plan and coordinate restaurant marketing
• Participate at local food events
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Manage and lead staff
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory along with Executive Chef
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
• Work in close co-ordination with owner
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
